Your First Look at What’s Really Going On
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire and a complimentary video course created by Dr. O’Malley to help you understand the holistic and biomimetic approach before anything is done.
If you already have full-mouth X-rays and photos taken within the last year, you may send them to us. If not, your visit for updated imaging is $100. This visit does not include a meeting with Dr. O’Malley.
During your appointment, we’ll take your X-rays and photos and have you complete your questionnaire. Afterward, you’ll return home to watch your free educational video series. Once that’s done, you’ll receive a complimentary evaluation outlining what we see, what you’re looking for, and an overview of what treatment may involve—before you commit to anything.

After reviewing your X-rays, photos, and questionnaire, Dr. O’Malley creates a preliminary treatment plan and provides a ballpark estimate of what it might cost to resolve your concerns. A team member will then reach out by phone to walk you through:
- The condition of your mouth
- Your personalized treatment plan
- Photo references or similar case examples to help you visualize the next steps
This evaluation is a high-value service offered before your comprehensive exam so you can understand your options, the philosophy behind them, and whether this is the right path for you. No pressure. No commitment required. Just clarity.
Comprehensive Full-Mouth Evaluation
A 1–2 Hour Holistic Assessment That Goes Far Beyond a Standard Exam
When you’re ready, you’ll return for a detailed, whole-mouth evaluation with Dr. O’Malley. This is an in-depth, 50-plus-point assessment that looks at every aspect of your oral and whole-body dental health, including:
- A full review of your X-rays, photos, and previous evaluation
- Tooth decay, gum and bone health, and disease risk
- Bite and occlusion analysis, including clenching and grinding patterns
- Condition of existing restorations, including metal or mercury fillings
- Airway health and sleep-related breathing concerns
- A functional head, neck, and jaw exam
By the end of this visit, every question you have will be answered. You’ll leave with a final, fully tailored treatment plan designed to restore function, protect your health, and support long-term wellness.
